Declaration of Revalidation of the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize

Whereas the United Buddhist Nations Organization (UNBO) awarded His Holiness Desmond Tutu the Gautama Peace Prize in 2017;
Whereas the Gautama Peace Prize was also awarded to other pacifist spiritual leaders;
Whereas on October 26, 2025, the Human Rights specialist Gabriel Antonio Ponti offered the nomination for the “Gautama Peace Prize” to South African jurist Navanethem Pillay and also to Francesca Albanese, both UN officials, for presenting detailed reports on human rights violations in Palestine, even exposing that Israel was committing Genocide against Palestine;
Whereas although the UN officials did not accept the award, the United Buddhist Nations Organization (UNBO) continues to hold both women in high regard, as their reports have saved the lives of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians by bringing visibility to a genocide that was being concealed by the mass media;
Whereas in October 2026, Navanethem Pillay received the 2026 Nobel Peace Prize;
Whereas Navanethem Pillay is one of the most important jurists in the world, having served as President of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, Judge of the International Criminal Court (ICC), and UN High Commissioner for Human Rights;
Whereas in September 2025, Navanethem Pillay presented her report against Israel for acts of Genocide in Palestine as a member of the UN Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory;
Ethical and spiritual support is hereby declared once again to the South African jurist;
The 2026 Nobel Peace Prize is revalidated;
The Norwegian Committee is congratulated for returning to the right path by indirectly supporting all human rights defenders who have courageously exposed the Palestinian Genocide for years;
It is placed on record that by publishing dozens of books on Human Rights and the Palestinian Genocide, Gabriel Antonio Ponti received multiple death threats, along with constant violent intimidation and psychological torture that continue to this day, from the intelligence services of the Argentine security forces;
It is reaffirmed that the Argentine Government will be held responsible for anything that happens to Gabriel Antonio Ponti (DNI 31519137) and to his partner Yanina Soledad Rebord, who only wish to live in peace and without torture, practicing the Spiritual Path.
