Universal Declaration on the Crimes of the Surveillance State

Preamble

Whereas Peace and Justice are the foundation of human rights and the spiritual nature of human beings;

Whereas the wars and injustices of the Surveillance State create outrageous acts against the development of consciousness and society, blocking the advent of a Civilization of Liberation free from conflicts, misery, ignorance, and pollution;

Whereas the Surveillance State is a regime contrary to International Human Rights Law, compelling the peoples of the world to rebel against this tyranny and oppression that endangers their lives;

Whereas it is essential to promote the values of Freedom, Equality, Fraternity, and Charity among peoples;

Whereas the Surveillance State violates human rights and fundamental freedoms, disrespecting their intrinsic dignity in a systematic and widespread manner;

Whereas the highest social progress is a Civilization of Liberation;

Whereas every State should commit to following the Path of Universal Respect towards all sentient beings;

Whereas the conception of the Surveillance State opposes the existence of freedoms, as it is essentially committed to population control;

The Presidency of the Federation,

Proclaims this Universal Declaration against the Crimes of the Surveillance State as an ideal to which institutions of Peace and Justice commit themselves through educational activities, books, and the denunciation of human rights violations, both locally and internationally.

Article 1 The Surveillance State is a system of oppression, inequality, hatred, and selfishness.

Article 2 The Surveillance State is a system that violates human rights and fundamental freedoms through the use of discrimination, differentiating people by their religion, political views, or economic power.

Article 3 The Surveillance State violates human rights to a free and safe life.

Article 4 The Surveillance State seeks to turn citizens into slaves.

Article 5 The Surveillance State resorts to torture and cruel and inhuman treatment.

Article 6 The Surveillance State nullifies the legal personality of citizens.

Article 7 The Surveillance State provides unequal treatment before the Law, as it distinguishes the rich and powerful above the rest of society.

Article 8 The Surveillance State does not allow all people to be protected by national tribunals against violations of their human rights, fundamental freedoms, and constitutional guarantees.

Article 9 The Surveillance State resorts to arbitrary detentions of people with different political views.

Article 10 The Surveillance State is a regime contrary to independent and impartial justice.

Article 11 The Surveillance State nullifies the presumption of innocence for people suspected or accused of crimes.

Article 12 The Surveillance State violates the private lives of people, such as their homes, correspondence, and family ties.

Article 13 The Surveillance State violates the human right to move freely within the territory of the country.

Article 14 The Surveillance State prevents arbitrarily persecuted people from seeking asylum.

Article 15 The Surveillance State denies the human right to a nationality to those immigrants and refugees who wish to change countries.

Article 16 The Surveillance State interferes in marriages so that people do not enjoy marrying and founding a family.

Article 17 The Surveillance State arbitrarily deprives people of their property, even resorting to theft and vandalism.

Article 18 The Surveillance State oppresses freedom of thought, freedom of expression, and religious freedom, both in public and in private.

Article 19 The Surveillance State violates the human right to not be disturbed on account of the opinions people hold, even attempting to prevent them from investigating, receiving information, and subsequently disseminating it through any media and regardless of frontiers.

Article 20 The Surveillance State violates the human right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.

Article 21 The Surveillance State violates the human right to participate in public functions and in political decision-making.

Article 22 The Surveillance State violates the economic, social, and cultural rights of people, even repressing elders and indigenous peoples, who are denied their intrinsic dignity and the right to development.

Article 23 The Surveillance State violates the human right to just and favorable conditions of work.

Article 24 The Surveillance State violates the human right to participate in trade unions for the protection of their interests.

Article 25 The Surveillance State violates the human right to rest and contemplation, even interfering with people’s enjoyment of their leisure time.

Article 26 The Surveillance State violates the human right to an adequate standard of living, as it prevents certain persecuted people from enjoying health and well-being.

Article 27 The Surveillance State violates the human right to education, obstructing people from learning certain types of information even though these are fundamental for understanding, tolerance, and friendship among peoples.

Article 28 The Surveillance State violates the human right to participate freely in cultural life, obstructing the learning of certain arts and sciences that benefit the creativity of the community.

Article 29 The Surveillance State violates the human right to the establishment of a Civilization of Liberation where ethical principles are fully made effective.

Article 30 The Surveillance State violates its constitutional and universal duties toward the Respect of the human rights and fundamental freedoms of people.
