PRONOUNCEMENT on Aung San Suu Kyi’s Karma

Case 18-2016: State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee (SSMNC – Ma Ha Na) & Dr Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa

PRONOUNCEMENT on Aung San Suu Kyi’s Karma

2 February 2021

In the first place, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights condemns that the Myanmar Army has carried out a coup d’état led by the Genocidal General Min Aung Hlaing, who has tyrannically assumed the entire executive, legislative and judicial power.

Second, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that the Army has carried out an arbitrary detention of Aung San Suu Kyi, who was the de facto President of Myanmar, which means that she had already carried out a Coup d’état previously by taking the maximum power of the country without having been elected to that position.

Third, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights denounces Aung San Suu Kyi and Min Aung Hlaing as genocidal leaders responsible for the crimes of Genocide, Ethnic cleansing, Crimes against humanity, High Crimes against Peace, Violation of International Human Rights Law, Violation of Buddhist Law, High Crimes against women and children, War Crimes, Supreme Offense against International Morality and the Sanctity of life, Extermination, Violations of International Humanitarian Law, Attack against Democracy, Violation of Civil and Political Rights, Violations of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and State Terrorism.

Fourth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that the Military Coup d’état is constitutional according to the Myanmar Constitution that has been created by the very Army and which Aung San Suu Kyi never changed while she was de facto President of the country, by making it possible for the General in charge of the Army to take full control of the country in emergency cases.

Fifth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights denounces that the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee (SSMNC – Ma Ha Na) & Dr Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa are allies of the Myanmar Army, therefore they are also accomplices of the Coup d’état.

Sixth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights recalls that the State Sangha Maha Nayaka Committee (SSMNC – Ma Ha Na) & Dr Bhaddanta Kumarabhivamsa had already been previously sentenced of False Buddhism and Violation of the Buddhist Legal Code, Oppression and Illegal Detentions against the Buddhist Sangha, Complicity with discrimination, Violation of the rights of women and children, Violation of freedom of expression, Violation of the rights of indigenous and tribal peoples, Crimes against humanity and peace, Complicity with the Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing, Violation of International Human Rights Law, Violation of International Buddhist Law, Complicity with Violations of International Humanitarian Law and War Crimes, Violations of Civil and Political Rights, Violations of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Attack against Democracy, Complicity with Extermination and State Terrorism, and Supreme Offense against the International Morality and the Sanctity of Life.

Seventh, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights confirms that the Coup d’état against Aung San Suu Kyi is a karmic consequence of the support that this leader granted to the Myanmar Army, by supporting them, covering them up and defending them at the time of carrying out the Rohingya Genocide, which even caused her to appear before the International Court of Justice to deny the accusations of genocide.

Eighth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights denounces as demagogic the response of the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom and Australia to criticize the Coup d’état and request the return to power of Aung San Suu Kyi, who is rather a criminal that should be handed over to the International Criminal Court in order to be tried for genocide and crimes against humanity.

Ninth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights denounces Myanmar’s democracy led by Aung San Suu Kyi as a farce, since the Rohingya community was not allowed to vote.

Tenth, the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights denounces that the Coup d’état of Myanmar Army could never be successfully carried out and sustained without the support of Russia and China.

Always with spirit of reconciliation (maitri),

Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

Judge and President of the Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights
