Judgment on Master Hsing Yun

CASE 57-2020: Master Hsing Yun

ETHICAL JUDGMENT

Dear Prosecutor, Peace Ambassador and Human Rights Defenders of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee (IBEC) & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights (BTHR), regarding Case 57-2020 versus “Hsing Yun”, on December 14, 2020, it is hereby recorded that the trial has been concluded to analyze the violations of Human Rights and Buddhist Ethics carried out by the accused. This Case has been carried out as a consequence of the UN Case.

After the analysis of the presentation of the Case and the validation of evidence, the Tribunal has proceeded with the voting of 2 Human Rights Defenders, whom confirmed that the accusation against Hsing Yun for the serious crimes of Violation of Buddhist Law and Supreme Offense against International Morality and the Sanctity of life is Just.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee has been able to compile evidence proving that “Hsing Yun” has Violated Buddhist Law when demonstrating himself in favor of abortion, which is explicitly prohibited in the Dharmic Law under penalty of expulsion from Buddhism. Even Master Hsing Yun has stated that in cases of sexual abuse or when the baby will be disabled, abortion would be justified, which constitutes an act of discrimination that is prohibited by International Law as it violates the rights to life that children and the disabled have, in addition to omitting that the resource of abortion can be replaced by the solution of adoption.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee has discovered that Hsing Yun’s support for abortion has political motivations, since this Buddhist teacher is allied to China’s dictatorship and also he is a friend of the dictator Xi Jinping that requires all religions registered within the country not to speak out against abortion, since China has committed 400 million forced abortions in 40 years, being the largest genocide in the history of humankind. This policy of crimes against humanity is being supported by Hsing Yun, and it is something unacceptable deserving immediate expulsion within the International Buddhist Community.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that Humanism is an exaltation of the human being and the full development of all its spiritual potentialities and faculties, which is why it is disrespectful the fact that Master Hsing Yun calls his school Humanistic Buddhism and he simultaneously supports genocidal policies that are contrary to the human dharmic nature dignity.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that in the last 40 years China has committed a total of 400 million abortions, which are probably made up of 200 million forced abortions resulting from state policies of kidnapping, extortion and torture, along with another 200 million of abortions resulting from cultural policies of gendercide against women, producing an elderly and male Chinese population.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that China has criminalized being a single mother or having a second child, also performing 200 million forced sterilizations on women.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that China’s totalitarian and infanticidal regime has a brutal population control machinery that uses physical or financial coercion, hunting down women as if they were criminals, by threatening them, kidnapping them, torturing them and extorting them.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that China’s dictatorial regime has confiscated hundreds of thousands of babies, this being a fascist procedure that occurs when discovering that a baby has been born without government permission, arbitrarily abducting the baby and then murdering him or her through infanticidal massacres that violate the children’s right to life, which is a genocidal policy that is also repeated with babies who survive abortions and born alive.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that China’s forced abortion policies are an atrocity destroying physical integrity and traumatizing women’s mind with these inhuman and genocidal procedures, causing the women to commit mass suicide.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that China’s regime arrests lawyers who denounce these abuses against women’s rights, which are clearly crimes against humanity and peace.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that in the 1959 Declaration of the Rights of the Child it was established that both before and after birth the child needs special protection and care due to lack of physical and mental maturity, having the right to grow up and develop in good health, and special and prenatal care must be provided to him, all of which are principles upheld by the Preamble to the 1990 Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that the right to life is the most basic and essential natural human right, and therefore its respect must be the foundation of all defense of civilization and good.

The International Buddhist Ethics Committee confirms that Gines Gonzalez, Argentina Minister of Health, has confessed publicly and in a totally immoral way that when a woman is pregnant there are not actually two lives but there is only one life which is that of the mother, and the other is a phenomenon, because if it were not like that then we would be facing the greatest universal genocide carried out by more than half of the civilized world. As the Argentine National Constitution recognizes the human person from the moment of conception, then this Argentine minister’s pro-abortion position constitutes a confession about the greatest universal genocide which is abortion of unborn human beings, and that universal genocide is clearly led by China.

In conclusion, Master Gautama Samyaksambuddha assumed the defense of humanity’s Buddhic nature, which is the intrinsic dignity that every human being potentially possesses, which is why the Buddhist Spirituality does not allow abortion since it is the murder of such Buddhic nature. In this way, the Buddhist Law judges “Master Hsing Yun” as Responsible for Violation of Buddhist Law and Supreme Offense against International Morality and the Sanctity of life.

With spirit of reconciliation (maitri),

H.E. Master Maitreya Samyaksambuddha

President and Judge of the International Buddhist Ethics Committee & Buddhist Tribunal on Human Rights
