LEGAL WARNING to World Peace Congress

Dear Professor Rajani Kannepalli Kanth, following the Judgement carried out against Major Deepak Rao, by declaring him Responsible for the Violation of International Buddhist Law, Violation of the Rights of Buddhist Peoples, Violation of the Buddhist Ethical Precepts, Fraud, Militarism and Crimes against Peace, it is confirmed that this individual has publicly stated that in 2008 he has received a World Peace Award from the World Peace Congress in Malaysia, this award supposedly being delivered by the Prime Minister of Malysia for Rao’s contribution to the country.

While Major Deepak Rao is very unreliable because he has systematically committed acts of fraud by claiming to be a Zen Master, despite the fact that he does not have basic knowledge in this discipline, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee is hereby requesting the World Peace Congress to confirm whether it is true this supposed World Peace Award delivered to Major Deepak Rao. In case this award has actually happened, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee requests the immediate cancellation of the award, bearing in mind that awarding Major Deepak Rao with a Peace Award contradicts the very Purpose of the World Peace Congress, since Major Deepak Rao leads a paramilitary organization that teaches how to kill people through armed combat techniques. These activities of Major Deepak Rao not only violate the Buddhist Ethics, which is why he was expelled from the United Buddhist Nations Organization, but also violate the Resolution of the World Peace Congress where war was declared as illegal. In fact, the United Buddhist Nations Organization has created different resolutions where it is prohibit solving conflicts through violence and war. Therefore, it is quite evident that if there exists a prize to Major Deepak Rao, this should be completely cancelled with urgency, since this individual is a threat to world peace.
