LEGAL REQUIREMENT to The Bar Council of India

Dear colleagues, following the sentence pronounced against Major Deepak Rao, declaring him Responsible for the Violation of International Buddhist Law, Violation of the Rights of Buddhist Peoples, Violation of the Buddhist Ethical Precepts, Fraud, Militarism and Crimes against Peace, it is confirmed that this individual has publicly stated that he is a law graduate.

Although Major Deepak Rao is very unreliable because he has systematically committed acts of fraud when claiming to be a Zen Master, despite the fact that he does not even have basic knowledge in this discipline, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee requests the Bar Council of India to investigate whether it is true this alleged Law degree that would have been granted to Major Deepak Rao. In case this graduation has effectively happened, the International Buddhist Ethics Committee requests the immediate cancellation of such degree, bearing in mind that rewarding Major Deepak Rao contradicts the very Purpose of Law, since this individual leads a paramilitary organization that teaches how to kill people by means of armed combat techniques, which is a violation of Ethics and of International Law. In fact, every law graduate must contribute to the solution of conflicts through law, and never through war and violence.
