That said, with all due respect I appear to present:

Received the list of digital media that were collected, sorted and simultaneously confirmed in their order and context as Evidence by the Executive Secretary of IBEC and BTHR Master Yan Maitri-Shi, I give way to the Fourth Stage of the Procedure called “EVALUATION OF EVIDENCES” which is established in the Constitutive Act of IBEC and BTHR in order to know, establish, rule and determine Responsibility for committing the offenses of INSULTS, THREATS, DISCRIMINATION, VIOLATION OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, FALSE ZEN AND FALSE SPIRITUALITY. This accusation was made by the WORLD ASSOCIATION OF BUDDHISM in the field of Buddhist Ethics, an act which follows below:

EVALUATION OF EVIDENCE

First evaluation.- By being the core of this procedural part, it is necessary to point out the means of proof offered by the Executive Secretary of IBEC and BTHR Master Yan Maitri-Shi, and formally present them to the Jury for their knowledge, which are composed of 5 evidences that validate the motivating Accusation of the current process, entitled with a range of crimes committed against Buddhist Spirituality. The latter, denounced from the field of Buddhist Ethics. This evidence comes from digital audiovisual media in the public domain, which are listed below:

Evidence 1

Insults, Threats and Economic Discrimination: After Rania Hammoud has applied to join a course offered by Maitreya Buddhist University with duration between 6 months to 3 years, she received the confirmation that the funds will be donated to World Association of Buddhism. In addition, she received the confirmation that the method of payment would be by Moneygram, she said yeah sure, send me the details”.  But, after she received the payment details she started attacking the honor of MBU: I think you are a scam, no respectful university would use money gram. if you are real, send me your bank details, or even give me your UAE representative to contact. you are a clear fraud, all your communications said it. and a PHD in few days? that’s a joke! me reporting you! (…) there is no way i can verify your identity, no way i can guarantee that if i send my money i know where it goes. you are outside the country, you use moneygram and not even a proper bank account. i cannot trust you since i have never met you. so you can be anybody on the net. Evidence 2

Violation of the Ethical Guidelines from Lebanese Coach Association (LCA): Since Rania Hammoud is member of coaching professional associations, she must agree with ethical codes in which saids: “As coaches at LCA, we earn public trust through exhibiting commitment to integrity and high ethical standards of our profession. LCA members refrain from any unethical behavior in their daily routines and towards clients. This is usually emphasized through an ongoing dialogue about ethics with clients; as well as other LCA members during the periodic monthly meetings. Accordingly, every LCA coach has responsibility to: Abide by the Code of ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Request advice from the LCA Board or any fellow coach when an ethical issue arises. (…) LCA Board Members have additional responsibilities to: Create an atmosphere that promotes ethical behavior and encourages fellow coaches and clients to ask questions and raise concerns. (…) Demonstrate a commitment to the Code of Ethics in words and actions. Use appropriate measures to prevent and detect ethical violations.”   http://www.lca.org.lb/ethical-guidlines.php

Evidence 3

Violation of the Code of Ethics from International Coach Federation: “As a coach: I Communicate and create awareness in others, including organizations, employees, sponsors, coaches and others, who might need to be informed of the responsibilities established by this Code. (…) I Refrain from unlawful discrimination in occupational activities, including age, race, gender orientation, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, national origin or disability. (…) I Recognize and honor the efforts and contributions of others (…) I Strive at all times to recognize my personal issues that may impair, conflict with or interfere with my coaching performance or my professional coaching relationships. (…) I Conduct and report research with competence, honesty and within recognized scientific standards and applicable subject guidelines. (…) I Seek to be conscious of any conflict or potential conflict of interest, openly disclose any such conflict and offer to remove myself when a conflict arises. (…) I Hold responsibility for being aware of and setting clear, appropriate and culturally sensitive boundaries that govern interactions (…) I Commit to the need for continued and ongoing development of my professional skills. As an ICF coach, I acknowledge and agree to honor my ethical and legal obligations to my coaching clients and sponsors, colleagues, and to the public at large.”  http://www.coachfederation.org/about/landing.cfm?ItemNumber=854&navItemNumber=634

Evidence 4

False Zen and False Spirituality: Despite his misconduct, Rania Hammoud has publicly claimed to be a spiritual person, teaching a practice that she defines as Zen. According to his own profile website: “she is considered as a spiritual person and she thinks that we need our three dimensions to have a ZEN life: physical, mental and spiritual. She is neither a therapist nor a consultant: Just your partner coach!”  http://www.lca.org.lb/coach-details.php?cid=MjY=&sid=Y29hY2hlcw==

Evidence 5

Acceptance of charges: Rania Hammoud has indirectly accepted the charges since she has refused to our request for apologizing or explaining the reason of her misconduct.

SECOND EVALUATION.- Of the evidence provided there is no doubt about the authenticity of them, considering their provenance, as each compiled testimony comes from an internet link where it is found the relevant information that supports and strengthens the evidence through an article. Regarding the statements offered as proof and which constitute the aforementioned offenses (case that does not occupy nor is our business to know or jurisdictionally decide in this matter on our Part), there is no objection, disqualification or invalidation of the digital content by the Party I represent, since they are digital media coming from reliable sources and that were also declared and published at that time formally and openly, of which there is no doubt about their authenticity or truthfulness.-

THIRD EVALUATION.- Based on what was exposed, published and declared in the media and which are now presented as digital Evidence for this case by the Executive Secretary of IBEC and BTHR, Master Yan Maitri-Shi, such proofs are determined by the Party I represent as Prosecutor of the IBEC and BTHR as LEGITMATE AND VALID, which support and confirm the Indictment presented by the World Association of Buddhism to RANIA HAMMOUD concerning Offenses of INSULTS, THREATS, DISCRIMINATION, VIOLATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, FALSE ZEN AND FALSE SPIRITUALITY, committed against the very Spirituality.-

In such a situation, there began the Fifth Stage of the Procedure called “Judgment”, in which it is set the term of 5 five days to the Jury members in order to decide whether RANIA HAMMOUD is “Innocent” or “Responsible” for the offenses of INSULTS, THREATS, DISCRIMINATION, VIOLATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, FALSE ZEN AND FALSE SPIRITUALITY concerning the Evidences which were provided, accepted and valued in this writing.-
